Notification of Loss or Damage to the Carrier in Carriage of Goods by Sea within the Framework of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102
The article titled “Notification of Loss or Damage to the Carrier in Carriage of Goods by Sea within the Framework of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102” was published in the April 2024 issue of the Terazi Law Journal.
In the article, the notification obligation arising in the event of loss or damage of the goods within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code is examined in detail in the light of the decisions of the Court of Cassation and suggestions regarding the problems are presented. It is submitted for the information of those interested.
The Scope of Coverage under the General Conditions of Product Liability Insurance
The producer’s liability refers to the responsibility arising from the damages caused by the defective product put on the market and the obligation to compensate these losses or damages.
